The blurring in this photograph was intentional.  I saw this swathe of daisies and it evoked memories of the lazy hazy summer days of my youth.  Sharp images of these daisies would not have held that memory for me.  It had to be a bright but unfocused to simulate the bright but distant memories of those days.  If this was a moving image, a slight breeze swaying the daisies would have just topped off the memories of those carefree summer days.  It was kind of like a Cadburys Flake Chocolate moment for those that remember those adverts.
