Even though I am a vegan there is something quite delicious about something frothy and creamy. Add in some sunshine and it is even more delectable. I imagine I was quite hungry when I took this shot and it was probably a very expensive trip to the Wholefood Market in La Jolla after the sun went down to stock up on vegan delights. I miss the dreamy creamy sunshine of California and our regular trips to Wholefood Markets.
