Volume Three - Cornwall and UK

We had ascended Ben Nevis and we had ascended Snowdon but we had not bagged the highest point in England.  A family Christmas up in the Lake District was the perfect opportunity.  The weather was pretty good, although we did meet snow on the top, and our late descent graced us with the most perfect light over Wastwater.  We had left it rather late to descend though so this shot was taken in a certain amount of hurry before we reached our safety time to contact our family before the mountain rescue would be contacted.  Luckily this wasn’t necessary.
