Incredible detail, colours and texture can be seen in the feathered body of a bird……or the sandy surface of a beach. This photo is of the latter but you could be mistaken for thinking it might be the former; which just goes to show the amazing diversity of nature and that we miss so much by bypassing small details in life in pursuit of the bigger picture.
