| I was flying over glistening islands, the sun skimming the surface of the sea in between. Little gems of light sparkled on the shorelines giving promise of sun-drenched surf and golden beaches. But here I was, with imagination running with childlike momentum, standing as an adult on the beach where I spent childhood summers dreaming of flying over far-off exotic places. My feet are firmly planted in the sand yet even now my head is still in the clouds. |
