The majority of the photographs in Volume Two are captured digitally, predominantly with my faithful 8 megapixel compact Canon S80. Just because it is small, less flashy and less expensive than an SLR, it doesn't mean it is less capable, indeed it has many advantages (being more lightweight and less conspicious for starters). However, it's not about the equipment; it's about how you use it!
All the photos have the option of looking at the background to the image. It's up to you whether you want to know more about what was happening when I took the image and why I took it. Sometimes it's better to just draw your own ideas and leave it at that. I do however find it fascinating that people see things around them in totally individual ways so, incase anyone is interested and it helps them look with a different perspective, some of my images include compositional notes to give you an insight into how my creative mind ticks!
